Wherever you call home, our care comes to you, whether that is a private residence, an assisted living community, or a board and care home. A nurse or on-call team member is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever you need support.
Canestro Care Hospice is Medicare certified, ACHC accredited, and CDPH licensed. For eligible patients, most hospice care is covered through Medicare, and we also accept Medi-Cal and most major private insurance plans.
